"Umm, not the best with updates"
I ordered from Remotes.com and, to be fair, the remote did eventually show up. But umm, the communication wasn’t great. I had to email them twice just to get a basic update, and when they replied, it felt short and not all that helpful.
It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, but after paying, I really don’t like being left wondering what’s going on. They could definitely improve by answering questions better and sending clearer updates along the way.

I ordered a replacement remote and, honestly... I figured it would take a while. But it shipped out really fast and was at my door in just a few days. It was packed fine, worked right away, and yeah, no complaints from me. Happy with how quick the whole thing was.

I bought this because it was listed as compatible with my TV, but once I tried setting it up, it just wouldn’t work. Frustrating, honestly. It also made me wonder if there’s some extra adapter or paid add-on they expect you to buy afterward, because the listing definitely didn’t make that clear.

I was hoping this would hold up better, but it ended up breaking way sooner than expected. It just feels cheap overall. I guess it was a good reminder that sometimes saving a little upfront isn’t worth the hassle later

I had a hard time getting this programmed. It wasn’t very straightforward, and it made me wonder a bit about the overall quality. Once you’re struggling with something that should be simple, it’s hard not to question how well it’s made.

"Setup was easy, but not the best experience"
I got it set up quickly and at first thought everything was going to be fine. The instructions were simple enough, and it connected without much hassle in the beginning. After using it for a bit, though, I started noticing the remote was really frustrating. Some buttons would only respond about half the time, and it kept dropping the connection, so it ended up being pretty much useless

"Didn’t really feel trustworthy"
Well... I just didn’t feel great about ordering from remotes.com. The site and the info on it didn’t really make me feel confident, and I wasn’t totally sure what I’d actually end up getting. Maybe other people have had a fine experience, but for me it felt a little risky, so I don’t think I’ll use it again.

I ordered a replacement remote and honestly... it got here quicker than I expected. Took it out, tried it right away, and it worked with no hassle. No issues at all, straightforward experience.

I ordered a replacement remote it does look like the real deal. The buttons, logo, and overall layout match my old one, so I was relieved it wasn’t some obvious cheap knockoff.
It works fine, but the plastic feels a little lighter than I expected, and shipping was just okay. My main gripe is that there was basically no human contact at all, everything felt automated, and I couldn’t really tell if an actual person was involved anywhere. Not a terrible experience, just not especially great either.

My old remote finally stopped working, so I ordered a replacement from remotes.com. From my experience, the site was really straightforward, and I was able to find the exact model I needed quickly.
The remote showed up faster than I thought it would, and it looked just like the original one. I put in batteries, tried it out, and it worked right away without any confusing setup or extra steps.
I’m happy I didn’t have to replace the whole device just because the remote died. The whole process was simple, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for.

"Support got it sorted quickly"
I was having trouble figuring out which remote was the right one, so I sent support a message. They replied faster than I expected and even helped me check the details from my order email/receipt to make sure I was looking at the right thing. It wasn’t a totally perfect process, but they got it sorted in the end. I’d use them again...

"and tech support just wasn’t helpful"
i wish I had something better to say, but my experience with tech support was frustrating. I only had a simple question about getting my remote to work, and it felt like it took way too long to get any kind of response.
When they did reply, the answers didn’t really help and sounded scripted. I had to repeat the same details a few times, and by the end I still didn’t have a fix. Just not a great experience overall.
"Battery seems to last well"
I’ve been using it for a bit and it works fine so far. The batteries seem to last long, at least from what I can tell. I’m not sure if I’m using it as much as other people might, but I haven’t had to change them very often.

"Pretty expensive for just a remote"
I ended up paying more than I thought I would for a replacement remote, and it just didn’t feel worth the money. I reached out about it and the support reply was basically like, “that’s the price for the part,” which I get, but it still felt steep for what showed up.
Shipping added even more on top, so the total got a little ridiculous fast. The remote works fine, so it’s not like it’s useless, but for the price I expected something better. I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

"Model lookup was surprisingly accurate"
I found my remote quickly, and the model it pulled up was mostly right. i don’t usually trust customer service or these lookup tools to get things correct, but this one worked better than I expected

I was able to find the remote I needed, so the site did the job for me. The only thing was that I had to click around a bit, and a few pages loaded slower than I expected. Overall, it worked, just not the quickest experience
